PLTCOL ALDIN A BALAGAT, OIC, LEGAZPI CPS, NAGBIGAY NG MENSAHE NG SUPORTA SA COMMUNITY ACTION FOR RESILIENCE AND EMERGENCY SUPPORT TRAINING (CARES) SA BRGY. PADANG, LEGAZPI CITY

Sa pamumuno ni PLTCOL ALDIN A BALAGAT, OIC, Legazpi CPS, nakiisa ang himpilan ng pulisya at nagbigay ng Message of Support sa Community Action for Resilience and Emergency Support Training (CARES) na isinagawa sa Brgy. 50-Padang, Legazpi City, sa pamumuno ni Punong Barangay Harold Bembenuto.

Ang nasabing programa ay isinagawa ng 4th Special Forces Battalion, sa pangunguna ni 2LT FRANCIS MIGUEL C VILLA P.A., bilang bahagi ng kanilang mga programa na naglalayong palakasin ang kahandaan, katatagan, at kakayahan ng komunidad sa pagtugon sa mga kalamidad, sakuna, at iba pang emergency situations.

Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni PLTCOL BALAGAT ang kahalagahan ng pagtutulungan at koordinasyon ng mga ahensya ng pamahalaan, security forces, barangay officials, at mga mamamayan upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng komunidad.

Ipinahayag din ni PLTCOL BALAGAT ang buong suporta ng Legazpi CPS sa mga programang naglalayong palakasin ang disaster preparedness, community resilience, at emergency response capabilities ng mga residente.

Patuloy na hinihikayat ng Legazpi CPS ang publiko na makiisa sa mga programa at aktibidad pangkaligtasan at paghahanda upang higit na mapalakas ang collective resilience at matiyak ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng bawat mamamayan.

PULIS AT BARANGAY TANOD, KAAGAPAY SA KAPAYAPAAN! 🤝

Patuloy ang Legazpi City Police Station sa pagpapatupad ng regular na pagpapatrolya sa Brgy. 50-Padang, Legazpi City, katuwang ang mga Barangay Tanod, bilang bahagi ng sama-samang pagsisikap na mapanatili ang kapayapaan, kaayusan, at seguridad sa komunidad.

Layunin ng isinagawang pagpapatrolya na mapalakas ang police visibility, maagap na matukoy at matugunan ang anumang posibleng insidente, makaiwas sa krimen, at matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga residente at ng kanilang mga ari-arian. Higit sa lahat, nagsisilbi itong pagpapakita ng patuloy na presensya at kahandaan ng kapulisan at barangay sa pagtugon sa mga pangangailangan ng komunidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng mahigpit na ugnayan at pagtutulungan ng PNP at Barangay, sama-sama nating isinusulong ang isang ligtas, maayos, at mapayapang pamayanan.

🚔 LEGAZPI CPS CHECKPOINT OPERATION

In continuous pursuit of peace and order, personnel from the Legazpi City Police Station led by PEMS Henry Mirafuentes, Sector 3 Supervisor and under the supervision of PLTCOL ALDIN A BALAGAT, Officer-In-Charge, conducted a strategic checkpoint operation along Brgy. Rawis, Legazpi City, from 4:00 AM to 06:00 AM on August 31, 2026.

This high-visibility initiative aimed to deter criminal activity, ensure strictly enforced local ordinances and traffic laws, and guarantee the overall safety and security of the commuting public.

As of 2:00 AM today, 31 August 2026, Tropical Depression “PILANDOK” (LPA 08J) is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Meanwhile, two of the three other low-pressure areas (LPAs) being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR have developed into tropical depressions. LPA 08l has developed into a Tropical Depression, while LPA 08k, (formerly OBET), has redeveloped into Tropical Depression “SAUDEL”.

The remaining LPA 08m, now has a MEDIUM chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
