📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that THERE WILL BE NO VISITATION on October 25, 2026 (Sunday) at the Albay Provincial Jail due to the scheduled PREX (Parish Renewal Experience) activity.

However, the acceptance of food and other authorized items for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) will still be allowed on Sunday, subject to the jail's existing rules and regulations.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

🎁 GIFT-GIVING ACTIVITY | Cooperative Month 2026

In celebration of Cooperative Month 2026, with the theme Matibay na Kooperatiba: Nagkakaisang Pamayanan para sa Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran observed from October 1–31, 2026, the Albay Provincial Cooperative Enterprise and Manpower Development Office (APCEMDO), under the leadership of Ms. Lucille Arcilla, conducted a meaningful Gift-Giving Activity at the Albay Provincial Jail.

The activity served as an expression of kindness, compassion, and solidarity, bringing joy and encouragement to the persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) of the facility.

September 28, 2026 | Albay Provincial Jail

Team B personnel led the weekly flag-raising ceremony on September 28, 2026, under the supervision of PG2 Leonardo R. Bigas, Team B Supervisor. The ceremony was attended by the personnel of the Administrative Office, under the leadership of Provincial Warden JCSUPT Felly Atienza-Cebuma (Ret.).

The ceremony served as a meaningful reminder of our commitment to patriotism, discipline, unity, and public service. It also provided an opportunity for personnel to strengthen camaraderie and renew their dedication to their duties and responsibilities.
