Ako Bicol Tabang Ora Mismo is founded and established by Ako Bicol Representative Zaldy Co to initiate socio-economic help, promote, protect, and advance the rights, the welfare and interest of the Bicol Region and all the Bicolanos around the world. Ako Bicol Tabang Ora Mismo though Aksyon Co Center aims to serve as a "one-stop-shop venue" in the Bicol Region for all the programs and projects of
Ako Bicol Partylist such as Tabang sa Kalusugan, Tabang sa Kabuhayan, Tabang sa Kalamidad, Tabang sa Karahayan (Health) and Tabang sa Kapalibutan. The Center and Ako Bicol Partylist also initiates "Libreng Tubig" project in the Bicol region where it aims to build Solar Powered Water Supply System in all upland barangays where there's difficulty in water supply. Together with different govenment agencies, Aksyon Co Center and Ako Bicol Partylist hope to combat poverty and provide adequarte social services with its effort for the Bicol Region.
