HAPPENING NOW | Day two of the Regional Convention on Human Resource Management and Development commences today at the Marison Hotel in Legazpi City.

The second day of the convention continues with learning sessions designed to equip Public Leaders and Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs) with relevant knowledge and practical insights on emerging approaches and developments in public sector human resource management. Featured today are lectures from experts from the Development Academy of the Philippines and the Civil Service Commission National Capital Region.

The continuation of the event highlights the importance of professional development among HR practitioners in building more responsive, strategic, and people-centered public service.

HAPPENING NOW | Public Leaders and Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs) of various government agencies across the Bicol Region gather at the Marison Hotel in Legazpi City, Albay for the Regional Convention on Human Resource Management and Development.

The event aims to enhance the knowledge and competencies of public leaders and HRMPs on emerging trends and developments in public sector human resource management, and serves as a venue for sharing effective practices in managing government personnel.

The first session of the two-day convention shall feature messages from distinguished government officials, as well as lectures on how to shape the future of workplace learning.

The activity reinforces the importance of continuous learning and collaboration among HR practitioners in strengthening human resource management and advancing quality public service.
