The League of Liberal Reformists - Reporma Coalition (LLR Reporma) is a student political organization founded in 2005 by proactive student leaders hailing from the colleges in Bicol University. The party seeks to push for reforms that are beneficial for the student body. Every Reformist is guided by these seven principles:

𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬
We believe that all of us are in a natural state of freedom

to act on what we believe is right without depending on others.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗠
We believe that we shall use our innate freedom to act instead of complaining; for it is useless to complain without offering solution

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬
We believe that freedom may be restricted given such restrictions are justified.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬
We believe that we shall move in accordance with the law. If you want to change the system, be part of the system.

𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥
We believe that reforms must be INITIATED. There can be no change without action.

𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡
We believe that with all the principles above, each individual has the right and duty to express what they feel and think.

𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗘
Ultimately, we believe that all men should be equal in everything that they may achieve and enjoy. The political organization trains its members to be well-rounded individuals who will then empower fellow students to be leaders on their own. LLR Reporma has established its name in Bicol University proving to be one of the main political organizations taking seats in the council. And from LLR Reporma - BU, the party has already expanded to Aquinas University, Mariners Polytechnic Colleges of Legazpi, and Ateneo de Naga University to reach out to more students and share the vision and provide actions fit for the needs of its students. The League of Liberal Reformists Reporma Coalition continuously seeks to reach out to the students and the community through various programs and activities. 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒔, 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏-𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔

Looking back, many of you began your journey as ordinary students of Bicol University. When you chose to stand, serve, and believe in a movement larger than yourselves, you may not have realized how profoundly that decision would shape your college years and the people you would become.

What started as a commitment to a political organization became a journey of growth, leadership, friendship, and purpose. Within this family, you discovered not only your voice but also the responsibility that comes with using it for the greater good.

Today, as your college journey comes to a close, a new chapter begins. You will take different paths. Some will pursue opportunities in bigger cities, some will serve in their hometowns, some will venture abroad, and others will take time to discover where their next steps will lead. Yet wherever life takes you, the values that shaped your Reformist journey will remain with you.

You carry with you the principles that have guided generations of Reformists: 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲. These are more than words. They are ideals that challenge us to become better citizens, better leaders, and better human beings.

The vision that united us within the university does not end at graduation. It continues in every community you will serve, every institution you will improve, every injustice you will challenge, and every life you will inspire. The true measure of leadership is not found in positions held, but in the positive change created for others.

As heirs to the legacy of Batch 2026, may you continue to embody a politics rooted in service, reason, and genuine concern for people. May you prove that leadership is not about power, but about empowering others. May you show that advocacy is not merely a campaign, but a lifelong commitment to building a more just, inclusive, and compassionate society.
