Gearing up for PRIME-ESG (Embedded System Governance⚙️

To accelerate the modernization of government human resource management, Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Directors and Assistant Regional Directors sharpened their leadership capacity through TIMON: Pamumunong Panrehiyon para sa PRIME-ESG, held 27-28 August 2026 in Quezon City.

The two-day intensive training equipped CSC Regional Directors and Assistant Regional Directors to provide the strategic direction, technical guidance, and hands-on support agencies need as agencies transition toward embedded, data-driven governance.

TIMON forms part of the Philippine Civil Service Modernization Project, an initiative of the Philippine government supported by the World Bank.

The CSC Regional Office V and the Field Office - Albay will be closed on 2 September 2026 (Wednesday).

This is pursuant to Republic Act No. 11136, declaring September 2 of every year a special non-working holiday in the Province of Albay in commemoration of Simeon Ola Day.

Regular transactions shall resume on 3 September 2026 (Thursday).
