In support of the 48th National Disability Rights Week, the Commission on Elections Regional Office V successfully conducted the Hybrid Seminar on Mindful Awareness, Detection, and Prevention of Hypertension and Diabetes on July 23, 2026.

Led by Dr. Narciso Thad S. Ciocson, MD, FPCP, FPCC, Head of Adult Cardiology, the seminar emphasized the importance of early detection, prevention, and proper management of hypertension and diabetes—encouraging participants to take proactive steps toward better health and overall well-being.
