Co and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Albay forwarding the Minahang Bayan Application filed with the Provincial Mining and Regulatory Board of Mr. Erasmo dela Cruz, Mr. Julian Aguilar and LGU Rapu-Rapu, Albay (Hon. Romel Galicia) pursuant to Sections 26 and 27 of RA 7160
2.) Letter of Regional Director Guillermo A. Molina, Jr. IV of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of Mines and Geosciences Bureau RO V addressed to Hon. Farida S. Co, related to Minahang Bayan Application filed with the Provincial Mining Regulatory Board (PMRB) of Albay that pursuant to Section 9 of DAO No. 2022-03 and pertinent provisions of Section 26 and 27 of RA No. 7160 said application shall be forwarded to all sangguniang concerned wherein at least majority of the sanggunian shall endorse the application.
