PAALALA SA PUBLIKO 📢‼

Pinapaalalahanan ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region V ang publiko na mag-ingat sa mga taong gumagamit ng larawan, pangalan, o pagkakakilanlan ng mga lehitimong empleyado ng LTO nang walang pahintulot, at nagpapanggap bilang kawani ng ahensya upang makipagtransaksyon sa publiko.

Huwag makipagtransaksyon sa sinumang nagpapanggap na empleyado ng LTO, lalo na sa mga transaksyong isinasagawa sa pamamagitan lamang ng Facebook Messenger. Walang awtorisadong transaksyon ang LTO na isinasagawa lamang sa pamamagitan ng Facebook Messenger, partikular kung may hinihinging bayad, personal na impormasyon, o sensitibong dokumento.

Maging mapanuri at tiyaking ang inyong mga transaksyon ay isinasagawa lamang sa pamamagitan ng opisyal at awtorisadong channels at tanggapan ng LTO.

Kung may natanggap na kahina-hinalang mensahe o may taong nagpapakilalang kawani ng LTO, huwag makipagtransaksyon at agad itong i-verify sa pinakamalapit na LTO Office.

Huwag magpaloko. Mag-ingat, magsuri, at makipagtransaksyon lamang sa lehitimong channels ng LTO.

Marcos Jr., alinsunod sa mga patakarang isinusulong ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Atty. Giovanni Z. Lopez at LTO Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao, at sa patuloy na pamumuno nina LTO Regional Director Allan Castillejos at Assistant Regional Director Vincent Nato.

𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐘

Bilang paghahanda sa nakatakdang transport strike, ang Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region V ay maglalaan ng “Libreng Sakay” simula September 29, 2026 upang makatulong sa mga commuters at biyaherong maaaring maapektuhan ng tigil-pasada. Layunin ng inisyatibang ito na maibigay ang kinakailangang transportasyon at makatulong na matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy at maayos na pagbiyahe ng publiko.

Isinasagawa ang mga hakbang na ito bilang bahagi ng pagpapatupad ng mga adhikain ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na pansamantalang magiging offline ang system ng ahensya at maaaring magkaroon ng pansamantalang pagkaantala ng pagproseso ng mga transaksyon ngayong araw, Setyembre 14, 2026, bilang bahagi ng isinasagawang transition mula sa Stradcom LTO-IT System patungo sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS).

Humihingi ang LTO ng pang-unawa ng publiko sa anumang abalang maaaring idulot ng pansamantalang pagkaantala. Magbibigay ang ahensya ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling maging maayos na ang sistema at maaari nang ipagpatuloy ang mga transaksyon.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

Please be advised that the LTO Regional Office V, LTO Legazpi District Office, LTO Tabaco District Office, LTO Ligao District Office, and LTO Polangui Extension Office will be CLOSED on September 2, 2026 (Wednesday).

This is in observance of Simeon Ola Day, pursuant to Republic Act No. 11136, declaring September 2 of every year as a Special Nonworking Holiday in the Province of Albay, including its component cities, in commemoration of the birth anniversary of General Simeon A. Ola.

Regular office operations will resume on the next working day.
