Please be informed that the issuance of Guarantee Letters (GL) under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) Program will be temporarily suspended effective November 30, 2024.

However, the provision of outright cash assistance, not exceeding Php 10,000, will continue to be available for qualified beneficiaries until December 13, 2024.
