This is to inform you that we have resumed the operation of our Septage Treatment Facility at Banquerohan. Legazpi City. As such, siphoning or desludging of your septic tanks shall now commence subject to compliance of the requirements set forth under Section 5 of EO No. 21 dated July 9, 2021.

Applicant’s Steps:

𝟭: 𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗥 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
OCENR verifies the applicant’s basic information and the sketch of the location of its business establishment which were submitted to the Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) or via online application to the City Government.

𝟮: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗦𝗪𝗠/𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 (𝗘𝗕𝗗𝗦)
The link of the virtual seminar via Zoom Meeting as well as Environmental Baseline Data Sheet (to be filled-out via Google Forms) will be sent to the applicant via an acknowledgement email.
Applicants will be provided their Environmental Certificate (EC) electronically after attending the seminar and submitting the accomplished Environmental Baseline Data Sheet (EBDS) for data collection purposes.

Note:
* New applications are simultaneously processed upon application of a new Mayor’s Permit to Operate a Business or Business Permit. No requirements required from the applicant.
* The Environmental Certificate is valid only for three (3) years after its issuance. After the validity period, business establishments will have to renew their EC by attending another ESWM/Environmental seminar for updates/developments on environmental programs and policies of the City.
*Applicants shall secure their EC within ninety (90) calendar days after the release of the advance electronic copy of Mayor’s Permit. Applicants who will not be able to comply will be tagged as non-compliant which may lead to the cancellation of the business permit.
