The activity began with a doxology, followed by the welcome message from PLTCOL Virgil B Bibat, Chief of Police of Tabaco CPS and inspiring messages from Atty. Flora F. Mangampo-Remolacio, Chief of the Technical Services Divsion and representatives of the participating agencies. Everyone expressed their support, care, and love for the children, reminding them of a simple yet powerful message: โ€œYou are loved. You are valued. And your community cares about you.โ€

And of course, the day was filled with FUN, laughter, and happy memories! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽถ

The children showcased their talents through a series of delightful intermission numbers, followed by entertaining performances from the participating agencies. Games and fun activities brought everyone together, filling the venue with laughter and excitement. ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸŽฒ๐Ÿ˜„

Adding warmth and generosity to the celebration, the participating agencies and the LCC Foundation generously donated food, food packs, and other items for the children. ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฑ Their thoughtful contributions made the outreach even more meaningful and reminded everyone that when communities come together, kindness goes a long way.

A heartfelt message of gratitude was also delivered by Sr. Annabelle Bueno of Holy Cross, expressing appreciation for the generosity, time, and effort extended to the children.

Today was more than an outreachโ€”it was a celebration of compassion, community, and togetherness.

Together, let us continue creating communities where every child feels safe, supported, and loved.
