Every meaningful youth initiative begins with a vision. It becomes possible when leaders are willing to believe in it and give it the opportunity to take shape.

The Legazpi City Youth Development Office expresses its deepest gratitude to City Mayor Hisham B. Ismail and Hon. Councilor Alan Raรฑola, Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the 2026 Ibalong Festival Executive Committee, for their trust, support, and confidence in the vision behind the Ibalong Youth Awards 2026.
