These guidelines are designed to ensure a fair, organized, and exciting competition while promoting discipline, respect, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among all participants.

โข Open to all officially registered teams.
โข Players may only play for ๐จ๐ง๐ (1) ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ throughout the tournament.
โข Teams must submit their official lineup before the registration deadline. No additions or replacements shall be allowed after the submission of the final lineup unless approved by the Tournament Committee.

โข All submitted documents are subject to verification by the Tournament Committee.
โข The Tournament Committee reserves the right to require the presentation of original documents for validation.
โข Submission of falsified documents or fielding an ineligible/non-resident player shall result in the automatic disqualification of the player and the forfeiture of all games in which the player participated.
โข The decision of the Tournament Committee regarding player eligibility and document verification shall be final and binding.
6. ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
Each participating team shall submit the following during registration:
โข Official Team Gallery (Team Photo) with all registered players, Head Coach, and Assistant Coach.
โข Official Team Name.
โข Complete Team Lineup (minimum of 15 players and maximum of 18 players).
โข Player Information Sheet containing the player's full name, jersey number, date of birth (for under 16 and under 21), and contact number.
โข Photocopies of all required documentary requirements for each player based on their respective category.
โข Team Representative/Manager Contact Information for official tournament communications.
โข Entry Fee
o U16 Category โ 100 pesos per player
o U21 Category โ 100 pesos per player
o Open Category โ 150 pesos per player
o 40 Up โ 100 pesos per player
๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ
โข The team gallery must clearly show all registered players and coaching staff.
โข Players included in the team gallery must match the official lineup submitted during registration.
โข The team gallery will be used for the official tournament program, social media postings, and player verification.
โข Teams that fail to submit a complete team gallery before the registration deadline may not be included in the official tournament promotional materials.
7. ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
โข Each team may register a minimum of 15 players and a maximum of 18 players.
โข Each team may also register one (1) Head Coach and one (1) Assistant Coach.
โข Only officially registered players shall be allowed to participate.
8. ๐๐ง๐ข๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ
โข Teams must wear matching jerseys with visible numbers on both the front and back.
โข Duplicate jersey numbers are prohibited.
9. ๐๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐
โข Teams must be at the venue at least 15 minutes before their scheduled game.
โข A 10-minute grace period shall be observed. Failure to field at least five (5) players within the grace period shall result in a default.
10. ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ
โข Players, coaches, and team officials must display proper sportsmanship at all times.
โข Fighting, physical altercations, disrespect toward officials, and unsportsmanlike conduct may result in technical fouls, suspension, or disqualification.
11. ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ
โข Protests must be filed in writing before the game.
โข The decision of the Tournament Committee shall be final and non-appealable.
12. ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
โข Teams fielding ineligible or overage players shall automatically forfeit all games in which the player participated.
โข Any team found guilty of document falsification or misrepresentation shall be removed from the tournament.
13. ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐
๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ
โข Participating teams shall be divided into two (2) brackets through an official drawing of lots conducted by the Tournament Committee.
โข A Single Round Robin format shall be implemented within each bracket, where every team will play against all other teams in the same bracket once.
โข The top two (2) teams from each bracket, based on the final standings, shall advance to the crossover knockout stage (Final Four). The playoff pairings shall be:
โข Bracket A Rank 1 vs. Bracket B Rank 2
โข Bracket B Rank 1 vs. Bracket A Rank 2
โข The winners of the crossover semifinals shall advance to the Championship Game, while the losing teams shall compete for Third Place.
โข In the event of a tie in the standings, the latest FIBA Official Tie-Breaking Rules shall apply.
โข The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify the tournament format if necessary due to the number of participating teams or unforeseen circumstances.
14. ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐๐
โข The Tournament Committee reserves the right to interpret, amend, or modify these guidelines whenever necessary.
โข All decisions made by the Tournament Committee shall be final and binding.
