📢 Pulong-Pulong sa Barangay : Real Property Tax Amnesty Campaign

Nag-conduct sang pulong-pulong ang Municipal Treasurer’s Office kaupod ang Barangay Yawyawan, Lemery, Iloilo para sa Real Property Tax Amnesty Campaign. Ginpahayag diri ang mga dapat balayran sa buwis, pati na ang klaro nga pagsaysay kun diin nagakadto ang ginbayad nga buwis sang pumuluyo.

Importante gid nga maintindihan naton nga ang aton ginabayad nga buwis nagasuporta sa mga proyekto kag serbisyo pareho sang karsada, eskwelahan, kag iban pa nga kinahanglanon sang komunidad.

Real Property Tax Campaign kag Distribution of Notice of Delinquencies!!!

Ginpatigayon sa Barangay Alcantara kag Marapal ang Real Property Tax Campaign upod ang pagpanagtag sang Notice of Delinquencies agud paandaman ang aton mga kasimanwa parte sa ila obligasyon sa pagbayad sang buhis sa duta kag propiedad.

Ang sini nga tikang nagatuyo nga mapabaskog ang kaalam kag responsibilidad sang kada isa parte sa importansya sang husto kag insakto nga pagbayad sang buhis, nga amo ang isa sa mga haligi sang padayon nga kauswagan sang aton komunidad. Paagi sini, mas napabaskog kag napalambo pa gid ang serbisyo publiko, imprastraktura, kag iban pa nga proyekto para sa kaayuhan sang tanan.

Ginapanawagan ang tanan nga may mga propiedad nga magbayad na sang ila Real Property Tax kag mag-avail sang no penalties tubtob na lamang sa July 5, 2026.

Barangay Poblacion South East Zone, Lemery, Iloilo proudly made its mark in the Real Property Tax Amnesty Jingle Music Video Making Contest, emerging as the Netizens’ Choice Awardee and securing a spot among the Top 10 Finalists during the awarding ceremony.

The activity was spearheaded by the Iloilo Provincial Government, through the Provincial Treasury Office, as part of its continued efforts to promote awareness on the Real Property Tax Amnesty Program.

Through strong community support and an engaging music video, the barangay garnered an impressive 10,594 views, reached 4,940 viewers, and achieved 4,458 interactions, with a total watch time of 4,128.82 minutes. This remarkable performance resulted in an outstanding 23.25% online engagement, reflecting the active participation and unity of the community.

The entry successfully captured the attention of the public by creatively promoting the importance of real property tax payments, emphasizing its role in strengthening local development and improving public services.

This achievement highlights the dedication, creativity, and teamwork of Barangay Poblacion South East Zone in delivering an impactful and meaningful message to the public.

The winners were awarded on April 8, 2026 at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol Lobby, as one of the highlights of the 125th Semana sang Iloilo Celebration.

Ini nga tikang nagalayon nga mahatagan sang igo nga impormasyon kag giya ang aton mga taxpayers parte sa ila mga obligasyon, kag malikawan ang dugang nga multa.

Madamo gid nga salamat sa aton mga barangay officials kag sa bug-os nga komunidad sa inyo mainayon nga suporta kag kooperasyon.

Day 1 | Mayor’s Permit and Business Permit Campaign

Today marks Day 1 of our Mayor’s Permit and Business Permit Campaign through visits to the different barangays to inform and guide our business owners regarding the application and renewal of their permits.

And also for the collection of mayors permit payments
