Alam Mo Ba ang Pagkakaiba ng DTI BN Registration, Mayor’s Permit, at BIR Registration?

Magkakaiba ang layunin ng bawat dokumento para sa inyong negosyo — at mahalagang makumpleto ang mga ito upang legal na makapag-operate.

✔️ DTI Certificate of Business Name Registration
Patunay na rehistrado ang inyong business name sa DTI at kayo ay may karapatang gamitin ito sa napiling territorial scope.

✔️ Mayor’s Permit
Pahintulot mula sa Local Government Unit (LGU) upang legal na makapag-operate ang inyong negosyo sa inyong lungsod o munisipalidad.

✔️ BIR Registration
Kinakailangan para sa tamang pagbabayad ng buwis at pag-iisyu ng official receipts o invoices.

💡 Tandaan:
Ang DTI Registration ay hindi kapalit ng Mayor’s Permit at BIR Registration. Ang tatlo ay mahalagang bahagi ng pagiging lehitimo at compliant na negosyo.

Paano ito gamitin?

Step 1: Hanapin sa Citizen's Charter ang tanggapan/office kung saan kayo may transaksyon o nais kumuha ng impormasyon.

Step 2: Sa ilalim ng bawat tanggapan/office, makikita o hanapin ang mga serbisyong inyong kailangan.

Step 3: Basahin ang mga kinakailangang dokumento, bayarin (kung mayroon), at itinakdang oras/tagal ng pagproseso.

Step 4: Kapag kumpleto na ang inyong requirements at alam na ninyo ang proseso, maaari na kayong magtungo sa kinauukulang tanggapan upang maisagawa ang inyong transaksyon nang mas mabilis at mas maayos.

Sa pamamagitan ng Citizen's Charter, layunin ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Lian na gawing mas malinaw, mas episyente, at mas maginhawa ang paghahatid ng serbisyo publiko para sa bawat Lianeño.

Ipinasara na ng Joint Inspection Team ng Lian, Batangas ang anim na establisyemento sa bahagi ng Barangay Matabungkay, bilang bahagi ng tuloy-tuloy na pagpapatupad ng business permit regulations sa mga resort at iba pang negosyo.

Nabatid na kahapon May 04, 2026 nang magsagawa sila ng inspeksyon sa mga establisimyento sa bayan, at dito napag-alaman na may ilan pa rin na hindi nakasunod sa mga itinakdang regulasyon, kaya’t agad na ipinag-utos ang pagpapasara ng mga negosyo, kabilang na ang tatlong resort at isang cottage rental, gayundin ang isang dry goods store at isang electronics supplies shop.

Samantala, nakatakda namang bisitahin pa ng JIT ang nasa labindalawang establisimyento sa nasabing lugar, upang matiyak na sumusunod din ang mga ito sa batas at regulasyon.
