We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator
Surigao del Sur | Php 30,000–38,000 (depending on experience)
Andanan Nature Park is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Lianga Bay Conservation and Livelihood Project, a three-year conservation initiative funded by Western Ecology Ltd. and Andanan Nature Conservation CIC.
The Project Coordinator will lead the implementation and coordination of mangrove conservation activities, support coastal community livelihood initiatives, and work closely with LGUs, NGOs, and relevant government partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate field implementation of the Community-Based Mangrove Conservation and Livelihood Project
• Support environmental governance and livelihood initiatives
• Supervise park operations and staff in close coordination with Andanan Nature Park Management, particularly eco-tourism and ecological learning programs
• Coordinate with LGUs, NGOs, government agencies, coastal councils, and other stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and resource complementation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Forestry, Community Development, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in biodiversity conservation or community development
• Experience in facilitating trainings and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership and field management skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and presentation tools
• Social media skills and a valid driver’s license are an advantage
