On April 15, 2026, a Serbisyo Caravan was successfully conducted at KM 9, Sitio Simuwao, in line with the ceremonial send-off of our IP (Indigenous Peoples) brothers and sisters as they return to their respective homelands.

The activity gathered various government agencies and partner stakeholders to provide essential services and assistance, ensuring that the beneficiaries are well-supported prior to their reintegration into their communities. It also served as a moment of unity and solidarity, recognizing the journey and resilience of the IP families.

The ceremonial send-off symbolized a new beginning, as the IP communities take a step forward towards rebuilding their lives in a safe and familiar environment. Through this initiative, the local government reaffirmed its commitment to continuously support and empower Indigenous Peoples, promoting dignity, peace, and sustainable development in their communities.

Ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga, pinaagi sa Supplementary Feeding Program, adunay duha ka feeding components na ginahatag sa mga bata nag edad sa duha (2) ka tuig hangtod sa lima (5) ka tuig nga naka enroll sa mga Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP) o sa mga Child Development Center (CDC).

Kani na mga feeding components ginahatag sulod sa kausa sa usa ka adlaw, labing menos 5 ka adlaw sa usa ka semana, sulod sa 120 ka adlaw. Magsugod ang feeding sa pag-abre sa klase karung Hunyo.

Adunay 72,881 ka mga bata sa rehiyon ang target sa SFP para sa karon na cycle nga pag implementar sa programa.

Magpadayon ang DSWD Caraga sa pag amuma sa atong kabatan-onan na sila mamahimong himsog ug ganado sa ilang klase ug aron malikayan ang malnutrisyon para sa ilang kaugmaon.

Following the flag ceremony on April 6, 2026, the Local Government Unit of Lianga conducted a recognition program for the student-athletes who proudly represented the municipality in the Caraga Regional Athletic Games (CRAG 2026).

As part of the activity, a Holy Mass was offered in thanksgiving for the athletes’ successful participation, safety, and achievements throughout the regional competition. This solemn moment allowed the community to reflect on the dedication, perseverance, and discipline demonstrated by the athletes in representing Lianga.

The program also featured the distribution of incentives and certificate of commendation as token of recognition for the athletes’ hard work and commitment. This gesture highlights the local government’s appreciation and continued support in developing young talents in the field of sports. Through this initiative, the municipality not only honors the achievements of its athletes, but also inspires the youth to pursue excellence, uphold sportsmanship, and bring pride to the community.

This recognition marks not an end, but a stepping stone towards greater opportunities and achievements for the children and youth of Lianga. The Local Government Unit looks forward to expanding its recognition and support across all fields where children and youth excel. Not only in sports, but also in academics, arts, leadership, and other areas of development.

During friday, the MSWD Office including the OSCA, SLP, KALAHI, and 4ps offices will be on skeletal force from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Pahibalo: Pagahimuon ang 1st Quarter Social Pension Payout sa Lianga karon March 26, 2026 adlaw sa Huwebes. Ang venue sa payout sa matag barangay na.

Gi ahwag ang mga benepesyaryo sa Social Pension Program na mutunga sa mismong adlaw sa payout. Ang mga bedridden o mag lisod na pag adto sa venue, palihug mag hulat lamang sailang mga panimalay kay ang mga empleyado sa LGU ang mag hatod sa maong social pension.

Palihug p**i ready daan sa mga government issued ID o kung naa nay National ID, mas maayo kung kini ang dalhon.

Ang pagpagahigayon sa Child Sexual Abuse Awareness and Safer Internet Day cm Children’s Congress naghatag og luna alang sa mga bata aron mapalalom ang ilang kahibalo bahin sa kaluwasan, proteksyon, ug husto nga paggamit sa internet.

Gipili nga mga bata gikan sa nagkadaiyang year level sa elementarya ug high school ang mitambong sa kalihokan, kauban ang ilang mga coach ug magtutudlo nga naggiya ug naghatag og suporta kanila sa tibuok kalihokan.

Pinaagi sa mga diskusyon ug kalihokan, gip**ita ang kahinungdanon sa pagpanalipod sa mga bata batok sa sexual abuse ug online threats. Usa kini ka lakang nga nagpalig-on sa tingog sa kabatan-onan ug naghatag og paglaom nga ang tanang bata mahimong luwas, responsable, ug andam sa pag-atubang sa digital nga kalibutan.
