Goodbyes are not forever, they simply means we’ll see you around. A beautiful chapter ends, but a new chapter begins.

A send-off program was successfully conducted today in honor of our beloved Municipal Health Officer/ DTTB Doctor Jc-Marai Ian L. Obille as he ends his jouney as Doctor to the Barrios(DTTB) serving here in Libjo. This ocassion is both a celebration and a tribute - celebrating the years of dedicated service, compassionate leadership, and unwavering commitment that Doc Jc generously shared to the community/people of Libjo.

A big thanks to all the people who were joining this momentous event, our Municipal Mayor Hon. Melody Llamera Compasivo, Vice Mayor Hon. Andy Creencia, Municipal Administrator Atty. Lamberto Llamera Jr., SB on Health Hon. Luzviminda Intong, SB Member Hon. Louniel Lisondra, Department Heads of LGU Libjo, our Medical Consultant Dr. Maria Fe B. Llamera, Provincial DOH office headed by Dr. Juan Javier Garchitorena, DMO-IV Sir Kerby Joy Edera, RHU & HRH staff of RHU Libjo & Family Planning Center.

Leadership is best measured not only with accomplishments, but with the inspiration left behind to the people one has served. Thank you so much Doc JC for your unwavering and dedicated service to the people of Libjo. Your efforts, contributions and commitments in giving health services are truly appreciated and will always remembered to the people you served.

Post-Training Evaluation and Supportive Supervision Successfully Conducted

The BEmONC Skills Training post-training evaluation and supportive supervision were successfully conducted by the OB staff of Caraga Regional Hospital at Libjo RHU and Family Planning Birthing Facility.

The activity aimed to assess the participants’ competencies, strengthen maternal and newborn care services, and provide continuous guidance and support to healthcare providers.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this activity—especially the trainers, facilitators, and healthcare workers for their dedication and commitment to quality maternal and newborn care.

Together, we continue to work towards safer motherhood and better healthcare services for the community.
