In support of the Land Transportation Office's advocacy for road safety, awareness, and responsible driving, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Ibid, San Juan, Concepcion, and Labao , in collaboration with LTO Pamplona District Office, proudly brings you a FREE 15 hours THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) and ON-SITE ISSUANCE OF LICENSE PLATES FOR AUTOMOBILES AND MOTORCYCLES INITIALLY REGISTERED IN 2017 OR EARLIER.
THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC)
This initiative aims to empower our youth by providing them with essential knowledge and values necessary to become responsible and safe drivers in the future. The course covers fundamental traffic rules, road safety practices, and the importance of discipline behind the wheel. By laying this strong foundation early on, we hope to cultivate a generation of drivers who prioritize safety, respect traffic laws, and contribute to reducing road accidents in our communities.

ISSUANCE OF LICENSE PLATES FOR AUTOMOBILES AND MOTORCYCLES INITIALLY REGISTERED IN 2017 OR EARLIER.
Good news! As part of this community service initiative, the LTO Pamplona District Office will also be facilitating the on-site issuance of license plates for automobiles and motorcycles that were initially registered in 2017 or earlier.
This is your chance to claim your plates without needing to go to the LTO office, saving you time and effort. Just make sure your vehicle is eligible and bring the required documents!

What to Bring for Plate Claiming:
โข Original Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)
โข Valid Government-issued ID
If youโre claiming on behalf of someone else:
โข Deed of Sale or a written Authorization Letter from the registered owner
โข Valid ID of the authorized representative
