📣 PUBLIC ADVISORY
Guidance on Class Suspension and Learning Modalities in Libmanan November 25, 2025
In view of the continued rainfall brought by the latest PAGASA Weather Advisory, the Office of the Mayor issues this updated guidance to all public and private schools in the Municipality of Libmanan.
While Libmanan is not directly affected by the TROPICAL DEPRESSION VERBENA, we recognize that several of our upland barangays and schools located in flood-prone and high-risk areas may still experience weather conditions that could compromise safety or disrupt access.
To ensure the safety of our learners and personnel, as well as the continuous and uninterrupted delivery of education, School Heads are hereby granted full discretion to:
• Suspend face-to-face classes, or
• Shift to alternative learning modalities (asynchronous or online), should local conditions warrant it.
We emphasize that School Heads are in the best position to assess the conditions within their areas of responsibility, taking into account terrain, travel routes, weather impact, and overall safety. In some areas, face-to-face classes may still be feasible, and schools may proceed based on their assessment.
Mabalos po asin ingat kita pirmi. 🙏
