The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palong continues to support and empower our young learners through the Distribution of School Supplies for College Students. ✏️📓

This initiative aims to provide additional support to our college students and help ease some of their educational expenses as they continue their academic journey. We hope these simple supplies serve as a reminder that your community believes in your dreams and supports your pursuit of education. 💚

For those who have not yet claimed their school supplies, you may still claim them at the Barangay Hall or coordinate directly with the SK Chairperson.

Please make sure to claim your school supplies at your earliest convenience. 🎒✨

🎓🧹 SK BARANGAY PALONG TERTIARY EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM & CLEAN-UP DRIVE 💚

Another meaningful day of service for the youth of Barangay Palong! ✨

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Palong successfully conducted the Release of Tertiary Educational Assistance to qualified student beneficiaries, providing support to help them continue their studies and pursue their dreams. 📚🎓

Alongside this initiative, we also conducted a Community Clean-Up Drive, where our young volunteers came together to promote cleanliness, responsibility, and care for our community. 🌱🧹

These activities remind us that supporting education and caring for our environment go hand in hand in building a stronger and better community.

To all the student beneficiaries and youth volunteers, thank you for being part of this meaningful activity. Your participation and dedication inspire us to continue creating programs that empower and uplift the youth of Barangay Palong. 💚

Get ready for 4 days of fun, learning, and unforgettable memories! We’re inviting all youth to join our Linggo ng Kabataan 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 celebration this May 11-14, 2026 packed with games and competitions. Each activity will have an assigned SK officials where you can sign up so don’t miss your chance!

Nalalapit na ang pinakahihintay na Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 ngayong Mayo 11–14!
Asahan ang mga araw na puno ng kasiyahan, talento, at pagkakaisa ng kabataan! 💥

Buong saya naming ipinapakilala ang 𝗶𝘀𝗮 sa ating mga events:

𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗪 𝗚𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗪 2026 🔥
Mahilig ka man sa hip-hop, zumba, contemporary, o kahit anong uri ng sayaw—ito na ang pagkakataon mong ipakita ang iyong galing sa entablado!

𝑴𝑬𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑰𝑪𝑺
1. Eligibility
•Open to all bona fide residents of Barangay Palong only.
•Participants must be 10 to 50 years old.
•Each group must consist of 5 to 10 members.

2. Dance Category
•This is a Modern Dance Competition.
- Any dance style is allowed, including but not limited to:
•Hip-hop
•Zumba
•Contemporary
•Fusion of different styles

3. Performance Guidelines
•Each group must perform for a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes only.
•Exceeding or falling short of the time limit may result in point deductions.
•Music must be submitted in advance in MP3 format (USB or via organizer instructions).

4. Costume & Props
•Costumes must be appropriate and decent.
•Props are allowed, but must be easy to set up and remove within 1 minute.
•Dangerous or prohibited materials are not allowed.

5. Judging Criteria
Choreography – 30%
Ex*****on & Technique – 25%
Synchronization & Timing – 20%
Creativity & Originality – 15%
Audience Impact & Stage Presence – 10%
Total: 100%

6. General Rules
•Order of performance will be determined by a draw.
•All participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the competition starts.
•The decision of the judges is final and non-appealable.
•Any violations of rules may result in disqualification.

7. Awards
Champion - ₱3,000.00
1st Runner Up - ₱ 2,000.00
2nd Runner Up - ₱ 1,000.00

Batis. This financial support will empower them to continue their education and pursue their dreams. 🫡

In addition, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to SK Councils and SK Scholars who participated in our recent clean-up drive activity. Your dedication and efforts have made a significant impact in keeping our barangay clean and green. 🌱
