Under the esteemed leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and the supervision of 𝐅𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄 𝐂 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐍, 𝐑𝐍, 𝐌𝐀𝐍, Caretaker, OPFM Camarines Sur, headed by SFO4 Jack Gregory A Barde, Officer-In-Charge, Libmanan Fire Station.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Libmanan, in coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP) – Libmanan, conducted a SCHOOL SAFETY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TO AN ACTIVE ATTACK DRILL focusing on how students, teachers, and school personnel can stay safe during an active shooting emergency. The activity was conducted at the following schools:

1. San Vicente Elementary School
2. Pambansang Mataas na Paaralan ng Dr. Nelson A. Mejia
3. Malanasad National High School
4. Aslong Elementary School
5. Carmel National High School

The activity helped our young learners understand the importance of 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙢, 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 during an emergency. The BFP, PNP–Libmanan, and school communities continue to work together to help make our schools safer, prepared, and ready to protect every learner.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄 𝐂 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐍, 𝐑𝐍, 𝐌𝐀𝐍, Caretaker, OPFM Camarines Sur, headed by SFO4 Jack Gregory A Barde, Officer-In-Charge, Libmanan Fire Station, facilitated Fire Safety Seminar and Fire Drill conducted at Libmanan North Central School in collaboration with the Boy Scout and Girl Scout of the Philippines (BSP) Camarines Sur Council.

This event is designed to empower each of us with essential knowledge and skills. Through exercises like Fire Safety Seminar and Fire Drill, strive to enhance our capabilities and readiness to address various scenarios that may arise or other emergencies.

Barde, during the Camarines Sur 1st Semester Command Conference 2026.

This recognition is a testament to the collective dedication, teamwork, and commitment of the entire Libmanan Fire Station family. Every accomplishment reflects the hard work and cooperation of our personnel who continuously strive to deliver efficient, responsive, and quality fire protection and public service to the community.

The awarding ceremony was held today 25th day of August 2026 at Office of the Provincial Capitol, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, and the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄 𝐂 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐍, 𝐑𝐍, 𝐌𝐀𝐍, Caretaker, OPFM Camarines Sur, headed by SFO4 Jack Gregory A Barde, Officer-In-Charge, Libmanan Fire Station, successfully conducted a Fire Safety Electrical Seminar at Barangay Bahao and Tinalmud Viejo, Libmanan, Camarines Sur aimed at strengthening awareness and knowledge on electrical fire prevention, safe electrical practices, and proper response to electrical-related fire incidents.

The activity emphasized the importance of electrical safety, early prevention, proper handling of electrical equipment, and compliance with fire safety standards to help protect lives, properties, and communities from fire hazards.

Prevention starts with knowledge. Let us all work together to prevent electrical fires before they happen! 🚒🧯⚡
