Sustaining the Flame, Carrying the Pride of Laturan! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The PYAP Laturan, headed by SK Hon. Budoy Codilla, proudly represented the Municipality of Libona during the 2026 Bukidnon PYAP Congress held at the Kaamulan Open Theater, Malaybalay City, on August 27, 2026.

With the theme, โ€œSustaining the Flame: Institutionalizing Empowered Leadership, Strengthening Governance, and Advancing Development Pathways for a Future-Ready PYAP โ€“ Ako,โ€ the congress celebrated the leadership, dedication, and achievements of the youth across Bukidnon.

Congratulations for being the Top 2 PYAP Best Implementer, and a special congratulations to SK Hon. Nova Piquero, who proudly represented the Municipality of Libona and was crowned PYAP Ambassador 2026, while also receiving the Best in Ethnic Attire award.

These achievements would not have been possible without the dedication, teamwork, and support of the entire PYAP Laturan, its officers, and members.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Government Unit of Laturan, headed by Hon. Liny P. Cabardo and the Barangay Council, and the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Laturan, headed by SK Hon. Kate Gregory Eduria, for their continued support and commitment to empowering our youth.

This achievement is a victory not only for PYAP Laturan, but for the entire community of Laturan and the Municipality of Libona.

Our deepest gratitude goes to our Municipal Mayor, Mayor Lopez, for approving this crucial activity and constantly championing youth development in our municipality. To our Barangay Captain, Kapitan Liny Cabardo, and the entire Barangay Council, daghang salamat sa inyong gihatag nga unwavering full support and guidance behind every endeavor we undertake.

To the amazing Youth of Laturan, daghang salamat sa inyong active participation in all SK Laturan Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs)โ€”kamo gyud ang tinuod nga kasing-kasing sa atong komunidad! And to all SK Officials, thank you for your tireless hard work, dedication, and selfless service over the past years. Dili gyud kabayran ang inyong sakripisyo, and we can all be immensely proud of the legacy we are leaving behind.

As our term comes to an end this year, we hand over our plans with full faith in what lies ahead. Atong gipangadoy nga ang mosunod nga SK Council sa Laturan magpadayon sa mga nasugdan, magpalambo pa sa atong mga legasiya, ug mas mualsa pa sa tingog ug katungod sa atong kabatan-onan.
