Ligao City Holds 2nd Quarter Joint Meeting of CPOC, CADAC, CTF-ELCAC

To strengthen inter-agency collaboration in promoting peace, order, and public safety, the City Government of Ligao convened the 2nd Quarter Joint Meeting of the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC), City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), and City Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (CTF-ELCAC) on May 28, 2026, at the OM Conference Room.

The meeting highlighted the accomplishments, issues, and proposed ways forward presented by participating agencies. A significant resolution was likewise approved by the council to ensure the sustained peace, security, and development of the city.

IN PHOTOS | The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Ligao City conducted a coordination meeting with barangay secretaries on May 28, 2026, at the LGRC Office in preparation for the upcoming Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) 2026.

The meeting focused on finalizing preparations for the three-day RCSP activities scheduled on June 6–8 and June 8–10, 2026, in the identified barangays.

The barangays covered under this year’s RCSP are:
• Pandan
• Pinamaniquian
• Ranao-Ranao
• Tula-Tula (Pequeño)
• Macalidong
• Tandarura
• Oma-Oma
• Busac
• Catburawan
• Cabarian

The Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) is a flagship initiative of the DILG aimed at addressing community concerns, bridging development gaps, and promoting peace and development through localized and community-driven interventions.

Anchored on Executive Order No. 70, the program institutionalizes a whole-of-nation approach toward achieving inclusive and sustainable peace. Through RCSP, government services are brought closer to communities through barangay-level engagements and the conduct of “Serbisyo Caravans.”
