To all whose lives have been touched by Mr. Lino de Castro of the City Treasurer’s Office, his funeral mass will be held today at 2:00 p.m. at Saint Peter’s, Bogtong, Legazpi City. Interment will follow immediately at Pristine Memorial Park, Legazpi City.

Colleagues, friends, and all those whose lives he touched are welcome to come and pay their final respects today.
