Ang SK at Barangay Pandan Council ay kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng OSY Profiling.

Ang mga OSY ay may edad na 15-30 years old, wala sa paaralan/hindi na nag-aaral, hindi nakapagtapos ng kolehiyo o tersiyaryong edukasyon, at kasalukuyang walang trabaho, kulang sa trabaho (underemployed), o walang regular na kita.

Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na maitala ang tamang bilang at impormasyon ng ating mga out-of-school youth upang maging basehan sa mga darating na programa, scholarship, livelihood training, at iba pang tulong mula sa gobyerno.
