Title: FOCAL BLAZE
Caption: This photo holds two ironies of life: first of which is the fact that behind this simple picture is a very complex scientific phenomenon called as solar halo which occurs when thin cirrus clouds, which contains ice crystals, hover over 20000 feet above us. These ice crystals will serve as a prism wherein the white light coming from the sun will refract and reflect on it, splitting the white light into different color and cast glints of light. And second, having such a beautiful emblem of life that is the sun be hindered by towering power lines created by man symbolizing man's greed for copious power which in return muzzling the true essence of life which is to live in perfect harmony with nature. This picture is not only a testament of mankind's acquisitiveness but also reminder that if no effort to change will come to place, humans will no longer witness this glimmer of nature.
