Duke Frasco was the Mayor of the Municipality of Liloan, which is located in the Province of Cebu, Philippines. Through local general elections, he was elected as Mayor in 2007 at the age of 26 years old, and has since been reelected to two consecutive 3-year terms, ending on July 2016. As local chief executive he prioritized his projects and goals within the framework of his 8-point Agenda for the Municipality, namely: Education, Environment, Good Governance, Livelihood, Infrastructure, Health & Social Services, Peace & Order, and Information & Communication Technology. Duke Frasco is the Founder and Chairman of the DILC Party.
