A Day of Service and Support

August 9,2026 ,three persons from Barangay Mulao were brought to their final resting place as their families and loved ones bid them a heartfelt farewell.

In a simple yet meaningful way of showing support and compassion ,our dedicated and ever - responsive Barangay Tanods, were divided into three groups to assist and provide security during the funeral processions of the three departed residents.

Their presence reflect the true spirit of service ,unity and compassion.Standing by our fellow residents not only during moments of joy,but especially during times of grief and loss.

Our deepest condolences to the bereaved families . May the departed souls rest in eternal peace.

Thank you to our hardworking Barangay Tanods for your continued service and commitment to the people of Barangay Mulao.

The Barangay Mulao Personnels successfully conducted a Road-clean up activity at Purok Kalubihan.

This activity aims to promote cleanliness, environmental awareness, and community cooperation while maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.

We sincerely appreciate everyone who participated and shared their time and effort in this activity,together,through cooperation and bayanihan ,we can continue to keep Barangay Mulao clean ,safe and beautiful.

Barangay Mulao successfully celebrated Nutrition month 2026 with the theme "Nutrition at Kalikasan ,ating Pangalagaan"

This activity aimed to promote the importance of proper nutrition,healthy lifestyle, and environmental protection through the active participation of the community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and participated in making the celebration meaningful and successful .

Together ,let us continue to practice healthy eating habits and care for our environment for a healthier and stronger Barangay Mulao.

Flag Raising Ceremony was held on July 20, 2026 at Barangay Mulao Liloan. The ceremony was attended by the members of the Sagguniang Barangay , Barangay Employees, BPSO, BHW's, Lupons and other Barangay Personnels.

After the flag raising ceremony, the regular session of Sagguniang Barangay was convened and presided over Barangay Capt. Pedro "Boss Junaz" A. Azarcon Jr. The session was attended by members of Sagguniang Barangay to discuss various matters concerning the Barangay.

Agenda items included updates on ongoing programs, projects, Committee reports and other concerns requiring deliberation and appropriate action to further improve the delivery of public service in Barangay Mulao.

Through the unwavering dedication and hard work of our dynamic Barangay Captain Pedro Boss Junaz A. Azarcon Jr., together with the members of the Barangay Council, who continuously seek opportunities for the progress and development of our community, another blessing has arrived.

The long-awaited industrial fan, requested from the Cebu Provincial Government (Capitol) has finally been delivered. We are truly grateful and overjoyed, especially because only a few months have passed since the request was submitted, yet it was promptly approved and delivered. This is a testament to the commitment of our Barangay leadership in providing better facilities and services for our constituents.

The industrial fan was successfully installed yesterday July 7, 2026 at the Purok Kasagingan, Mulao Liloan Gym, where it will help provide a cooler and more comfortable venue for sports activities, community gatherings and other barangay events.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Cebu Provincial Government specially to the People's Governor, Gov. Pamela S. Baricuatro for it's continued support, and to our Barangay Captain and the entire Barangay Council for their dedication and tireless efforts in bringing projects and opportunities that benefit the people of Barangay Mulao.

Together, we continue to move forward towards a more progressive and better Barangay Mulao!

July 6, 2026 Barangay Mulao Liloan conducted the regular flag raising ceremony, which was immediately followed by the regular session of the Barangay council to discuss matters concerning the Barangay and address issues for appropriate action.
