LEARNING CONTINUES AUGUST 10–11, 2026

Despite the continued suspension of face-to-face classes on August 10–11, 2026, learning at Bantayan Elementary School continues through Modular Distance Learning and Online Classes.

The suspension was implemented as a precautionary measure pursuant to the Executive Order issued by the Municipality of Lingayen, following the continued heavy rains brought by the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the effects of flooding in several areas of the municipality.

Our dedicated advisers continue to monitor and guide learners in accomplishing their learning activities at home, ensuring that the temporary suspension of face-to-face classes does not stop the learning process.

We are grateful to our learners for their perseverance, parents for their support, and teachers for their unwavering commitment to learning continuity.

Special appreciation to our School Head, Dr. May D. Melchor, for her continuous monitoring and leadership in ensuring that learning remains accessible and responsive during these challenging times.

Even in difficult times, learning finds a way.

July 24, 2026

In compliance with Executive Order No. 55, Series of 2026 issued by Municipal Mayor Josefina V. Castaneda, face-to-face classes were temporarily suspended due to the enhanced southwest monsoon to ensure the safety of our learners, teachers, and the entire school community.

Although classes were suspended, learning did not stop. Our teachers reached out to learners through virtual kumustahan sessions to check on their well-being and keep them engaged in learning. For those with limited internet access, light home learning activities were provided and continuously monitored by their teachers.

At Bantayan Elementary School, we remain committed to providing meaningful learning opportunities while putting the safety and welfare of every learner first.

Stay safe, stay dry, and take care, everyone!
