UPDATE:
The deadline of the entries for the Essay and Abstract Painting was YESTERDAY , August 11. There were only 5 participants for Essay - English and also 5 participants for Essay - Filipino who submitted their entries. Since the SK Federation Provincial noted that there should be only 5 entries for each category, that means that those 10 entries (5 for English and 5 for Filipino) will compete and will be submitted automatically this coming August 15, Saturday at the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Provincial Level.

In line with the upcoming Linggo ng Kabataan 2020, the Sangguniang Kabataan Surigao del Sur presents the ESSAY WRITING (English and Filipino) and ABSTRACT PAINTING CONTEST with the theme "THE NEW MILLENNIUM SOCIETY ISSUES THAT YOUTH ARE FACING TODAY." The competitions mentioned shall have a MAXIMUM of FIVE PERSONS PER EVENT in every Municipality. To avoid biases and to promote fairness, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Lingig decided to have a Municipal Level for the said competitions.

Below are the mechanics of each competition for our Municipal Level. Some of the mechanics written are based on the mechanics given by the SK Federation Provincial.

To those who are interested, please read carefully the mechanics.
