UBLC ROTC UNIT, Lipa City (2026)

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘

The 5th Training Day of the University of Batangas–Lipa Campus ROTC Unit was conducted with the participation of the Cadet Officers Qualification Course (COQC) and Basic Cadets. The day began with the COQC Reveille and Basic Reveille, where the cadets practiced proper formation, alertness, and discipline as part of their regular training.

Following the reveille, the cadets conducted drillings under the supervision of 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗦𝗖 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) and supervise by 𝟮𝗟𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗞𝗔𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) and 𝗖𝗽𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘇𝗮 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀), focusing on proper movements, coordination, synchronization, and ex*****on of commands. Through continuous practice and guidance, the cadets worked together to improve their discipline, teamwork, and proficiency in performing the required movements.

The training day strengthened the cadets’ discipline, coordination, and teamwork through the COQC Reveille, Basic Reveille, and drillings. These activities provided the cadets with valuable training and experience as they continue to develop the skills and values essential in their ROTC journey.

The University of Batangas–Lipa Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Fourth Training Day, focusing on the development of discipline, alertness, and military bearing among the cadets.

The activity commenced with the COQC Reveille and Basic Cadets Reveille, followed by drillings that focused on proper movements, formations, coordination, and response to commands. These activities strengthened the cadets’ discipline, teamwork, and confidence throughout the training.

The Fourth Training Day served as another step in developing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented cadets who are prepared to uphold the values of leadership, commitment, and service to the community and country.

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 | 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘

The 4th Training Day of the University of Batangas–Lipa Campus ROTC Unit was conducted under the guidance and supervision of the Commandant 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗦𝗖 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) and the Training Staff. The day began with the reveille of the Cadet Officers Candidate Course (COQC) and Basic Cadets.

Following the reveille, the cadets conducted drillings under the instruction of 𝗦𝗴𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗣 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗳 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗲𝘀), focusing on proper movements, discipline, and coordination. The cadets then proceeded to the lecture on AFP History, Organization, and Chain of Command, led by 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗦𝗖 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦) together with 𝗖𝗣𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗢 𝗗 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗭 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦). The discussion covered the history and development of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), its organizational structure, and the proper chain of command that guides the roles, responsibilities, and authority of its personnel.

The training day strengthened the cadets’ understanding of the AFP, its organization, and the importance of following the chain of command. Through the drillings and lecture, the cadets further developed discipline, teamwork, and respect for authority, which are essential values in their ROTC training.

𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐒—𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐘.

On 12–13 September 2026, the 401st Community Defense Center (401CDC), 4th Regional Community Defense Group (4RCDG), Reserve Command, Philippine Army, participated in the conduct of the Annual Mustering/Assembly Test of Standby Reservists in observance of the 47th National Reservist Week 2026, under the supervision of COL RONILO G DESINGAÑO INF (GSC) PA, Provincial Director of the 401st CDC.

The activity was conducted in coordination with the 401st Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (401RRIBn) and the School-Based Ready Reserve Units (SBRRUs), serving as an avenue to validate the readiness, availability, and current status of Standby Reservists, while reinforcing their discipline, preparedness, and commitment to serve.

From civilian life to military readiness, every Reservist carries one enduring commitment:
