On 18โ€“19 August 2026, Charlie Company conducted Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) operations in Balete, Batangas, in coordination with concerned local government agencies and emergency response units. The activity focused on providing assistance to communities affected by flooding and other challenges brought by the situation.

Throughout the operation, the Charlie Company actively participated in field activities and assisted affected communities, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and readiness to serve. Their presence and efforts reflected the importance of cooperation and compassion during times of need.

The HADR operation served as a meaningful opportunity for the Cadet Officers to put their training and values into action. Through this experience, they strengthened their sense of responsibility, leadership, and commitment to serving the community and the nation.

The activity formally commenced with the Entrance of Colors, followed by an orientation on the objectives, responsibilities, and expectations of the NSTP and ROTC Program. The importance of discipline, leadership, teamwork, and dedication was also emphasized.

The activity served as a meaningful first step toward developing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented students who are ready to serve their community and country.
