In line with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and memorandum of Department of Transportation Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez, and pursuant to the declaration of a State of National Energy Emergency, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) announces the extension of validity for documents expiring beginning April 2026 for a period of three (3) months.

This measure aims to ease the burden of the public amid the rising costs of fuel and basic commodities, giving motorists sufficient time to comply without additional financial strain.

Covered by this directive are:
• Driver’s and Conductor’s Licenses
• Student-Driver’s Permits
• Motor Vehicle Registration

During the extended period, no surcharges, penalties, or fines will be imposed for late renewal.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) adopts a 4-day on-site and 1-day work-from-home arrangement as part of government energy conservation measures amid rising global oil prices.

Under Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-4999, all frontline services will remain open from Monday to Friday, transactions such as driver's licensing, motor vehicle registration, adjudication, and other public facing services will continue without disruption.

For non-client-facing units, a 4-day onsite work arrangement (Monday to Thursday) and work-from-home every Friday will be implemented.

𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎

Ipinababatid ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa publiko na ang LTO Tracker ay isasailalim sa system update simula Disyembre 22, 2025.

Dahil dito, pansamantalang hindi magagamit ang LTO Tracker at inaasahang maibabalik ang normal na operasyon nito sa lalong madaling panahon.

Ang hakbanging ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusumikap ng ahensya na paigtingin ang sistema upang makapaghatid ng mas maaasahan at mas mabilis na serbisyo sa publiko.

𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮: Mananatiling bukas at tuloy-tuloy ang regular na serbisyo ng tanggapan para sa mga nais kumuha ng kanilang mga plaka.

Ipinaaabot ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa publiko ang schedule ng operasyon ng ahensya ngayong holiday season, alinsunod sa mga opisyal na holiday at kaukulang anunsyo ng pamahalaan.

Pinaaalalahanan din ang lahat na maging maingat sa pagbiyahe ngayong holiday season. Siguraduhing maayos ang kondisyon ng inyong sasakyan at sundin ang mga batas trapiko upang maiwasan ang aksidente sa daan.

Mula sa LTO, maligayang Pasko at manigong Bagong Taon sa lahat!

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY RESTORED

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘: 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐓 𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 (𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐒) 𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐋𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒

Please be informed that we are currently experiencing internet connectivity issues through our Internet Service Provider MPLS service, affecting selected Land Transportation Office (LTO) District Offices nationwide.

We wish to clarify that the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) itself is not affected. However, due to the internet disruption, there will be temporary delays in transaction processing at the impacted district offices.

Our technical team is actively coordinating with the Internet Service Provider to restore the internet connection at the earliest possible time, which will resolve the processing delays.

Alinsunod sa Proclamation No. 727, ang December 8, 2025 ay idineklarang Special Non-Working Holiday bilang pagdiriwang sa Kapistahan ng Imakulada Concepcion ni Maria.

Ang lahat ng tanggapan ng LTO sa buong bansa ay sarado para sa transaksyon. Ang opisina ay magbabalik operasyon sa December 9, 2025.

𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗢

Alinsunod sa ANUNSIYO ng Malacañang, ang operasyon sa Central Office at mga tanggapan ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa National Capital Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, at Rehiyon ng I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII ay SUSPENDIDO, bukas, Lunes, ika-10 ng Nobyembre, bunsod ng nagbabadyang malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Super Typhoon Uwan.

Samantala, ang mga personnel ng LTO-Field Enforcement Division (FED) sa Central Office at sa mga nabanggit na rehiyon ay naka-duty upang i-monitor ang situwasyon at nakahanda sa posibleng deployment para sa pagbibigay ng tulong sa panahon ng kalamidad, pagsasagawa ng evacuation assistance, at pagtulong sa distribusyon ng mga relief goods.
