Meanwhile, Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly OBET) and LPA 08m are being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR. LPA 08m has a "LOW" chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

SYNOPSIS:At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "PILANDOK" {KROVANH} was estimated based on all available data at 1,200 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (22.5°N, 133.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving East Northeastward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly OBET) is still being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.

Additionally, Tropical Depression (LPA 08l) weakened into a low pressure area and has an UNLIKELY chance of re-developing into a tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours.

Also, LPA 08m is being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has a MEDIUM chance of developing into a TD within the next 24 hours.
