Hindi pabor ang naging decision? Hindi ibig sabihin noon ay wala na agad na remedy.

Isa sa maaaring legal remedy, kung may sapat na basehan, ay ang paghahain ng Motion for Reconsideration. Ngunit mahalaga na kumilos agad dahil may deadlines na kailangang sundin sa ilalim ng Rules of Court.

May unpaid Real Property Tax o Amilyar?

Mag-avail ng amnesty hanggang July 5, 2026!

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 12001, maaaring hindi na singilin ang interest, penalties, at surcharges na ipinataw bago ang July 2024 para sa unpaid Real Property Tax o Amilyar.

Tandaan: Kailangang bayaran pa rin ang mismong buwis o principal amount.
