Senator Bam Aquino is a dynamic legislator and social entrepreneur who serves as the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Basic Education and the Committee on Science and Technology. He is celebrated for authoring monumental, reform-driven laws, most notably the Free College Law (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act) and the Go Negosyo Act. Currently, he is actively leading efforts to address the national education crisis by sponsorship of the Comprehensive School Safety Framework Act. He is also driving anti-corruption and transparency measures by pushing the CADENA Act, an innovative bill designed to securely track national budget spending using modern technology.

Representative, Akbayan Partylist 1st Nominee

He is a legislator, lawyer, human rights defender, and educator. Many of you may know him from social media, where he engages millions of Filipinos- especially the youth who proudly call themselves "CHELdren".

In the 2025 elections, he served as first nominee of Akbayan Partylist, which topped the party-list race with over 2.7 million votes.

In Congress, he has spearheaded measures that directly benefit ordinary Filipinos, especially students. He fought for the highest education budget in history, authored the Baon Bill to increase student allowances, and advanced the Students' Rights and Welfare Act and the Interns' Rights and Welfare Bill. He has also championed key reforms such as the Anti-Political Dynasty Act and the Party-List System Reform Act.

Before entering public office, he practiced law for 36 years, representing farmers, fisherfolk, indigenous communities, workers, journalists, students, and other victims of injustice. He argued cases before the Supreme Court and helped secure landmark rulings on freedom of speech, due process, and other fundamental rights.

He also served as a law professor for 19 years and was the founding dean of the De La Salle University Tañada-Diokno College of Law, where he helped place human rights and legal aid at the center of legal education.

Following in the footsteps of his father, the late Senator Jose W. Diokno, he continues to work toward a Philippines grounded in freedonm, justice, and dignity for all.

Assistant Secretary Michael Christophe Racimo Agustin popularly known as "Mikyong" is a Filipino government official who serves as the Commissioner Representing Luzon of the National Youth Commission (NYC), following his appointment in June 2026. Before stepping into this national role, he built a strong foundation in public service as a prominent youth leader in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, where he served as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President and an ex-officio member of the Laoag City Council. Today, he leads national policies, community programs, and leadership development initiatives dedicated to empowering young Filipinos across Luzon.

Ma. Ezabeth L. sitverio is a youth leader, educator, and inclusive and progressive governance advocate. She currentiy serves as the Sangguniang kabataan Chairperson of Barangay 176, Tondo, Manila, where she champions participatory leadership, youth development, and community-centered governance. A graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Engish from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), where she previously served as the Director for Review and Analysis of the PLM Supreme Student Councit, where she gained valuable experience in student representation, and organizational leadership. She has also contributed to leadership trainings, civic education initiatives, and governance discussions that equip young people with the knowledge and skills to become effective community leaders and active citizens. Furthermore she is an advocate of youth empowerment, championing progressive and inclusive governance through meaningeul civic engagement and capacity-building initiatives. She betieves that empowering young people through education, leadership development, and democratic participation is essential to buitding responsive institutions and stronger communities.
