The water problem in our municipality has existed for almost 20 years. For two decades, who has been in the position to address, improve, or provide a lasting solution to this problem? Isn’t it the responsibility of the municipal government, particularly the mayor and the officials managing the municipality?

If the problem has remained unresolved for nearly 20 years, then we have to ask: Who should be held accountable? Is it the people, or the leaders who have been entrusted to manage the municipality and address its basic needs?

The people can raise concerns and demand action, but ultimately, those in authority have the responsibility to find solutions and ensure that essential services, such as a reliable water supply, are properly addressed.
