DTI Bohol through the Negosyo Center Loon, in partnership with the Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC), conducted the Entrepreneurial Mind-Setting with Financial Literacy and Values Formation Seminar for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II trainees of TESDA on September 18, 2026.

The activity aimed to equip trainees with essential entrepreneurial knowledge, practical financial management skills, and positive values to help them become financially responsible individuals and future entrepreneurs.
