ATTENTION: LOONANONS | RECRUITMENT & SELECTION OF SEASONAL FARM WORKERS FOR WANJU-GUN, JEONBUK PROVINCE, REPUBLIC OF KOREA
Following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Municipality of Loon and Wanju-gun, Republic of Korea, on March 12, 2026, LGU-Loon formally announces the opening of recruitment and initial screening for the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program.
Interested applicants are advised to prepare and submit the following initial requirements:
📋 INITIAL REQUIREMENTS
1️⃣ RESIDENCY
• Must be a resident of the Municipality of Loon for more than 12 months
-Barangay Certificate of Residency stating the date and length of residency
2️⃣ AGE REQUIREMENT
• 24 to 39 years old
- PSA/MCR - issued Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID
3️⃣ WORK EXPERIENCE
• Must be an Agricultural Worker
- Certificate of Agricultural/Farming Work (or equivalent proof) from Municipal Agriculture Office or Barangay
4️⃣ ACCOMPLISHED APPLICATION FORM
• Applicants may secure the Application Form at the LGU-Loon HRMO or PESO
🖊️ Note: Knowledge of basic Korean language/conversation is an advantage/plus.
🗓️ APPLICATION PERIOD
• October 12, 2026 – October 26, 2026
📁 SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
• Compile all application documents accordingly into a LONG WHITE FOLDER.
📍 WHERE TO SUBMIT
You may submit your documents to either:
LGU-Loon Public Employment Service Office (PESO) — Look for Ms. Maricris M. Maestrado
LGU-Loon Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) — Look for Ms. Ziselle Ann C. Capiolos
⚠️ REMINDER: Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or deployment to the Republic of Korea. Applicants shall undergo the prescribed screening, evaluation, and selection process in accordance with program guidelines.
