𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 22 issued by Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at 11:00 AM of 07 December 2025, the temporary suspension of all vessel/watercraft plying within Coast Guard Station Western Bohol is hereby 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐃. In accordance with HPCG Memorandum Circular No. 03-01 "Guidelines on Movement of Motorboats/Vessels in the Absence of Weather Bulletin in the Locality.

All mariners, vessel operators may resume normal operations provided they are seaworthy, properly manned, and strictly compliant with all safety requirements. Further, all watercrafts 25 GT and below must take precautionary measures to mitigate risks when venturing out to sea, ensure safety at all times and strictly adhere to the latest maritime weather forecasts.

𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 14 issued by Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at 11:00 AM of 06 December 2025, the temporary suspension of vessel/watercraft plying from Bohol to Mindanao destinations is hereby 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐃. However, the 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 of all vessel/watercraft plying to 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 and 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 portions of 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗟 𝗙𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘, in accordance with HPCG Memorandum Circular No. 03-01 "Guidelines on Movement of Motorboats/Vessels in the Absence of Weather Bulletin in the Locality”.

𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 02 issued by Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at 05:00 PM on 04 December 2025, this Station is 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐕𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐒 of all vessel/watercraft plying from Getafe, Buenavista, and Inabanga Bohol and all voyages to Northern and Central part of Cebu due to hoisting of Tropical Cycle Wind Signal No. 1 for Tropical Depression "WILMA" and the possible effect of the inclement weather in accordance to the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled "Revised Guidelines on the Movement of Vessel During Heavy Weather dated 23 March 2023”.

Further, all vessels are reminded to take precautionary measure and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessel will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea condition.

Moreover, vessel who intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as it is manifested through a written request and no passenger/cargo will be allowed on board.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

In reference to the latest weather bulletin issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) regarding the approaching Tropical Depression WILMA, all vessel owners, operators, and fisherman within the area of responsibility of Coast Guard Station Western Bohol are hereby advised to take immediate precautionary measures and seek safe shelter as necessary at the nearest harbor or designated typhoon sheltering area.

All maritime operations, including fishing and passenger voyages, shall be suspended once gale warning or storm signals are raised within the station's jurisdiction. Vessels are directed to properly secure their craft by reinforcing mooring lines, ensuring that main engines, bilge pumps, and communication equipment are in good working condition, and maintaining continuous monitoring of official weather updates and maritime safety advisories issued by PAGASA and the Philippine Coast Guard. Non-operating vessels, with no other available option shall be towed to the nearest harbor, designated sheltering area, or shipyard facility for their safety and to prevent possible damage or drifting during typhoon.

This advisory is issued to ensure the safety of life at sea, the protection of property, and the prevention of maritime incidents during the passage of the typhoon. All concerned are further enjoined to coordinate with this station for any assistance or regarding safe sheltering procedures and typhoon preparedness measures.

In support of the Oplan Byaheng Ayos: Undas 2025, Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas, 𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐌 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐁 𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐓 𝐏𝐂𝐆 together with Coast Guard Station Western Bohol headed by 𝐋𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐃𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐖𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐍 𝐏𝐂𝐆 conducted a port visit to the 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧, 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐧, 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐧 and 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐞 to ensure the safety and security of inbound and outbound sea travelers within the Province of Bohol.
The Philippine Coast Guard urges the public to follow safety protocols and cooperate with authorities for a smooth and secure travel experience during Undas 2025.
