Today, a Final Inspection Report (FIR) of the sub-project Improvement of Barangay Hall in Barangay Getigo, Lope de Vega N. Samar was conducted under the leadership of Engr. Rafael Sardeña Municipal Assessor, a member of the MIAC. He was joined by the Barangay Officials, led by the on-duty Kagawad Arneo, along with Ma’am Cleofe Bañez, MHO Representative, and Sir Efren Carpio, MPDO Representative.

The inspection was assisted by MCDDO Technical Facilitator Engr. Marlex C. Monares, together with the assigned MCDDO Community Empowerment Facilitator (CEF) Sir Ej Valenciano and the MCDDO staff.

During the inspection, Engr. Rafael Sardeña noted only minor observations, particularly concerning the doors. Overall, the inspection results were satisfactory, confirming that the sub-project was generally implemented in accordance with the approved plans and standards.

PROJECT INSPECTION UPDATE | Brgy. Getigo

Today, our MCDDO Technical Facilitator, Engr. Marlex Monares, conducted a site visit to the newly completed sub-project in Barangay Getigo, titled “Improvement of the Barangay Hall.”

During the visit, Engr. Monares thoroughly inspected each component of the project to ensure that all works were properly executed and fully compliant with the approved plans and specifications. This meticulous assessment was undertaken to verify the quality, safety, and sustainability of the completed structure.

Today, Barangay Magsaysay Lope de Vega N. Samar officially celebrated and expressed its heartfelt gratitude for the successful completion of its sub-project 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤 1, led by their dedicated Punong Barangay Hon. Marilou L. Sarmiento, together with the Barangay Council and the Community Volunteers.

The activity was highlighted by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, spearheaded by the very supportive MIAC member Ma'am. Chati T. Gamay (MDRRMO Head), alongside Sir. Anastacio P. Batlangao, OIC/MPDO.

Also present were representatives from various municipal offices, namely Ma'am. Marivic Sardeña (MSWDO), Ma'am. Cleofe Bañez (MHO), and Sir. Efren Carpio (MPDO ).

The program was further supported by the Municipal Community-Driven Development Office (MCDDO), led by Engr. Marlex Coles Monares, together with the MCDDO staff.

During the ceremony, the community acknowledged the significant impact of the sub-project, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤 1, which has greatly enhanced water accessibility and eased the daily burden of residents in the area.
