Malampuson nga napahigayon ang PATambal 2026, usa ka community outreach program nga nagtanyag ug basic health services ug community support alang sa mga residente sa Barangay Sta. Teresa, Loreto, Agusan del Sur.

Gipangunahan ang programa ni Vice Governor Patricia Anne “Ate Pat” Plaza kauban ang iyang mga kaubanan gikan sa Probinsyal nga Panggamhanan sa Distrito Uno ug Dos. Gitambungan usab kini sa atong Municipal Mayor nga si Alvin A. Otaza, kauban ang iyang kapikas ug kasamtangang Chief of Staff nga si former Mayor Hon. Lorife Aping Magadan Otaza.

Nagpakita usab ug bug-os nga suporta ang atong Municipal Vice Mayor nga si Randolph B. Plaza, kauban ang mga opisyales ug kawani sa munisipyo, nga nagpakita sa lig-on nga panaghiusa tali sa probinsyal ug munisipal nga panggamhanan.

Dakong kalipay ug pasalamat ang gibati sa mga residente sa Barangay Sta. Teresa tungod sa nagkalain-laing serbisyong ilang nadawat, nga dako’g tabang sa pagpaayo sa ilang kahimtangan sa panglawas ug sa ilang adlaw-adlaw nga panginahanglan.

VMLP Agusan del Sur Chapter Courtesy Call

The Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP) – Agusan del Sur Chapter paid a courtesy visit to Governor Santiago B. Cane Jr. and Vice Governor Patricia Anne B. Plaza at the Democrito O. Plaza Provincial Government Center in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The visit aimed to strengthen coordination and cooperation between the provincial government and the vice mayors of the different municipalities in the province. One of the main reasons for the meeting was to show the League’s full support for Agusan del Sur as the host of the Palarong Pambansa 2026, and to help ensure the success of this important national event.

The group also discussed ways to address and help resolve boundary issues between municipalities through peaceful discussion and proper coordination. This is important to maintain unity and good relations among local governments.

In addition, the VMLP shared its support for farmers by promoting soil testing programs that can help improve crop production and farming practices in all municipalities.

Overall, the courtesy call showed the strong partnership between provincial and municipal leaders in working together to provide better services and improve the lives of the people of Agusan del Sur.

Gipahigayon ang Community Outreach Program sa Sitio Mansungad, Barangay San Mariano, gahapon, petsa Disyembre 04, 2025. Nalipay ang mga residente sa pagdawat sa nagkalain-laing serbisyo nga gipahatod sa Lokal nga Gamhanan sa Loreto. Gipangunahan kini sa kasamtangang Municipal Mayor nga si Hon. Alvin A. Otaza, kauban ang iyang kapikas ug kasamtangang Municipal Chief Executive nga si Hon. Lorife Aping Otaza.

Giatinan usab kini sa maabtikong Municipal Vice Mayor nga si Hon. Randolph B. Plaza, kauban ang mga sakop sa Sangguniang Bayan. Mitambong sab ang nagkadaiyang Department Heads gikan sa lain-laing opisina, kauban ang pipila ka national agencies nga naghatag ug dugang serbisyo alang sa katawhan.

Makita ang tinuoray nga kalipay sa mga residente samtang ilang gidawat ang bugas, Christmas package, ug cash assistance—mga hinabang nga naghatag ginhawa ug tabang sa pag-atubang sa ilang adlaw-adlaw nga panginahanglanon. Ang maong kalihokan nagpakita sa tinud-anay nga pagpaningkamot sa lokal nga panggobyerno sa pagpalig-on sa social support ug pag-abot sa pinakahilayo nga mga sektor sa munisipyo.

Ang Community Outreach Program nagpamatuod nga padayon ang serbisyong tinuoray, padayon ang pag-atiman sa katawhan, ug padayon ang tinguha sa gobyerno nga walay pasagdan ug walay biyaan nga komunidad.

USAD Site Visitation & Government on Wheels

🗓️ Padayon Kalambuan, Serbisyo Ihatud sa Katawhan

The Local Officials of the Municipality of Loreto, headed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Alvin A. Otaza,together with Vice Mayor Randolph B. Plaza and the Sangguniang Bayan Members, warmly welcomed the Provincial Officials led by the dynamic and supportive Vice Governor Patricia Anne Plaza during the USAD Site Visitation and Government on Wheels in Barangay Sabud, Loreto Agusan del Sur.

This initiative embodies the true essence of bringing the government closer to the people—delivering services right at the heart of the community. Through the USAD Program, Loretohanons were able to access vital government services such as:
✅ Medical and health services
✅ Agricultural and livelihood assistance
✅ Social welfare programs
✅ Other frontline services for the people’s needs

🏆 Ang Munisipyo sa Loreto Nakadawat ug Special Notice of Compliance alang sa Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) 🏆

Dako kaayo ang dungog sa Munisipyo sa Loreto nga nakadawat sa Special Notice of Compliance para sa Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) niadtong Septyembre 16, 2025 sa Microtel, Loreto, Agusan del Sur.

Ang maong pasidungog personal nga gitunol ni LTFRB Regional Director Atty. Alim D. Pangandaman, kauban ang Regional Planning Management Office (RPMO), ug gidawat kini ni Municipal Vice Mayor Randolph B. Plaza, uban ang mga Sangguniang Bayan Members ug ang Municipal Planning and Development Officer Engr. Rayconniffe Castillo.

Kini nga pasidungog usa ka dakong milestone para sa Loreto, kay nagpasabot kini sa atong paningkamot nga masiguro ang luwas, kasaligan, ug planadong sistema sa pampublikong transportasyon para sa tanan nga Loretohanon. Pinaagi sa pagtuman sa nasyonal nga mga pamantayan, ang Loreto mas duol sa pagtukod ug malungtarong ug inklusibong transport system nga mosuporta sa kalamboan sa ekonomiya, accessibility, ug kalambuon sa tibuok komunidad.

Local Legislative Award 2025 Evaluation

The Provincial Awards Committee (PAC) successfully conducted the Local Legislative Award (LLA) 2025 evaluation in Loreto.

Held every three years, the LLA recognizes outstanding city and municipal Sanggunians that excel in crafting ordinances and resolutions promoting socio-economic growth, environmental protection, and good governance.

The evaluation was spearheaded by the following PAC members:
•Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG): Elva Theresa D. Velmonte and Hazel Anne B. Plaza
•Philippine Councilors League (PCL): Arlen Reyes
•Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines (VMLP): Ova Liza M. Lituanas
•Provincial Budget Office (PBO): Nelrose Bustamante
•Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO): Jalyn Maratas
•Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO): Albert Santiago Parba

The results of the Provincial Evaluation will be released once all municipalities have undergone assessment. The awardees will then be formally recognized for their commitment to sound legislation and effective governance.

For Loreto, the evaluation underscores its active role in promoting transparent, participatory, and development-driven local governance, with the Sangguniang Bayan continually striving to enact policies that uplift communities and protect the environment.

PASIGA Project Turn-over to Beneficiaries

Ang Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) opisyal nga nagtunol sa PASIGA Project ngadto sa mga benepisyaryo sa Barangay San Mariano, Loreto, Agusan del Sur niadtong Agosto 19, 2025.

Kini nga proyekto kabahin sa inisyatibo sa gobyerno aron mapalambo ang kalinaw, kalamboan, ug inklusibong pagtubo sa mga komunidad nga apektado sa panagbangi.Pinaagi sa PASIGA Project, gihatagan ang mga benepisyaryo ug hinungdanong tabang sama sa SOLAR LED lanterns, tsinelas, seedlings, vegetable seeds, office supplies para sa barangay, Bato Balani books para sa napiling mga tunghaan, ug uban pang gamit nga makatabang sa panginabuhi ug edukasyon.

Gitambongan ang maong seremonya sa mga representante sa lokal nga panggamhanan, opisyal sa barangay, mga lider sa komunidad ug partner agencies nga nagpakita sa tinud-anay nga pagtinabangay aron mahatod ang dugayng kalamboan ug panaghiusa sa lungsod sa Loreto.
