To uphold a safe, secure, and orderly jail environment, the personnel of Los Baños Municipal Jail conducted the Accounting of Personnel and Rank Inspection led by the Deputy Warden, SJO2 Jahnny W Cabfilan, under the guidance and leadership of JINSP JOEL PAMFILO N DEL ROSARIO.

The activity reinforced discipline, professionalism, and accountability among personnel while ensuring proper appearance, readiness, and strict compliance with BJMP standards. Through regular inspections, Los Baños Municipal Jail continues to foster a culture of excellence and preparedness in delivering quality public service.

Los Baños Municipal Jail proudly joined the observance of the 48th National Disability Rights Week through the hanging of the official commemorative tarpaulin, demonstrating its support for this year’s theme: “Rights First, Legislation Forward – Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development.”

The activity serves as a reminder of our shared responsibility to uphold the rights, dignity, and equal opportunities of persons with disabilities. It also reflects the Bureau’s commitment to fostering an inclusive society where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to participate fully in community life.

The personnel of Los Baños Municipal Jail participated in a Basic Life Support (BLS) Seminar conducted by the dedicated personnel of the Los Baños Municipal Fire Station, under the leadership of FSINSP CID VINCENT V MANAIG. The seminar equipped participants with essential life-saving knowledge and skills, enabling them to respond effectively during medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance when it matters most.

The activity was conducted under the guidance and leadership of JINSP JOEL PAMFILO N DEL ROSARIO, as part of the jail’s continuing commitment to developing competent, prepared, and service-oriented personnel.

Los Baños Municipal Jail proudly participated in the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026 celebration hosted by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of the Municipality of Los Baños. The activity was held at the Caesar P. Perez Evacuation Center and brought together various government agencies and community partners in promoting a culture of preparedness and resilience.

The participation of Los Baños Municipal Jail was under the guidance and leadership of JINSP JOEL PAMFILO N DEL ROSARIO, reflecting the Bureau’s commitment to strengthening disaster preparedness, enhancing inter-agency collaboration, and supporting initiatives that safeguard communities against natural and human-induced hazards.

More than an annual observance, the event served as a reminder that resilience is built through knowledge, teamwork, and collective action. By working together, we can create safer communities that are prepared to face any challenge.
