On January 01, 2016, the Laguna Water District Aquatech Resources Corporation (LARC) formally led the operation of the water system of the Laguna Water District (LWD) in Los Banos, Bay, Calauan, and portions of Victoria and Nagcarlan in Laguna. LARC shall be responsible for financing, rehabilitation, improvement, expansion, operation, and maintenance of the water supply system of LWD.
