Congratulations to the esteemed UPOU Master of Public Management (MPM) program Senior Lecturer of PM 242 (Methods of Policy Analysis) and PM 243 (Program and Project Development), Sir Justin Muyot, on his new appointment as Executive Director of the FEU Public Policy Center!

Congratulations to our new Executive Director, Justin Albert Muyot! We are excited to welcome Justin to the FEU Public Policy Center as he leads the organization in advancing evidence-based research, policy engagement, and public service. His extensive experience in public policy, governance, higher education, and legislative affairs brings valuable expertise that will further strengthen the Center's mission and expand its impact in shaping informed public discourse and policy reform.

Justin is a public policy and higher education professional. Aside from his engagement with the FEU Public Policy Center, he consults for elected officials and non-government organizations while teaching part-time with the UP National College for Public Administration and Governance and the UST College of Commerce.

He obtained his master's degree in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and his master's degree in public administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Our program, the Master of Public Management program is proud to announce its successful completion of the External Quality Review (EQR) under the Asean University Network ( AUN) framework! 🥳🎉 This important feat has elevated the program to the AUN Quality Assurance culture of quality maintaining global credibility and competitiveness across ASEAN and beyond.

To our key officials who supported the program especially the QA Office, our Dean, and the UPOU QAO staff and other offices and individuals who collaborated, thank you. The program is more than grateful to its stakeholders, our dear students, alumni, and employers of students and alumni and the UPOU FMDS Staff members, who all actively participated giving in valuable inputs during your FGD sessions.

Moving forward, the program is gearing to the next higher journey to excellence introducing gradual changes for program development and upgrade.

The Student Learning Assistance System Online will be open for the Second Trimester of AY 2025 – 2026 to accommodate UP students who are still seeking to apply for Student Learning Assistance through additional financial aid (UP Grants-In-Aid Program), and other support programs (Tertiary Education Subsidy [TES], Donor-funded scholarships, and Student Assistantship/Graduate Assistantship [SAGA]).

Students who are unable to access SLAS Online using their UP email accounts, or who are experiencing technical issues, are advised to accomplish the Google Form through the link: https://url.upou.edu.ph/SLAS-Online
