This unit developed and implemented a QR code system to streamline registration and record‑updating for Philippine Army reservists across CALABARZON.

This registration initiative aims to administer reservists more effectively by simplifying the process through Google Forms and ensuring accurate record updates. It reduces the need for repeated visits to Community Defense Centers (CDCs) and Regional Community Defense Groups (RCDGs).

By utilizing QR code technology, reservists can conveniently access registration and update forms. This innovation makes the process more organized, cost‑effective, and user‑friendly, strengthening administrative efficiency across CALABARZON.

403RRIBN 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐒 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍-𝐔𝐏 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐍'𝐒 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐘 𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑

CALAMBA CITY - The 403rd Ready Reserve Signal Company (403RRSC), under the leadership of 1LT Renelio M. Miranda PA (Res), conducted a Community Clean-Up Drive at the Women's Crisis and Therapy Center (WCTC) in Brgy. Punta, Calamba City on July 4, 2026, in support of the center's mission of providing a safe and conducive environment for women in conflict with the law, survivors of abuse, and individuals undergoing therapy and rehabilitation.

Working in coordination with the WCTC management and the Barangay Punta officials, reservists carried out clearing and cleaning operations throughout the facility to improve its cleanliness, safety, and overall environment. The activity was completed successfully without any untoward incident, demonstrating the unit's dedication to community service and humanitarian assistance.

Through this initiative, the 403rd Ready Reserve Signal Company reinforced its commitment to fostering strong partnerships with local institutions while promoting volunteerism, compassion, and public service in support of vulnerable sectors of the community.

SAN PEDRO CITY - Bravo Company, 403rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (403RRIBn), under the supervision of MAJ Rogie M. Mendoza PA (Res), participated in the San Pedro City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) 3rd Quarter CY 2026 Meeting on 07 July 2026 at the CDRRM Operations Center, San Pedro City, Laguna.

The meeting, chaired by City Mayor Art Joseph Francis Mercado, focused on the city's preparedness measures for the approaching Super Typhoon Bavi (Pre-Inday). Representatives from various local government offices, the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Coast Guard, Department of Education, Department of Health, private organizations, and the Armed Forces of the Philippines convened to strengthen inter-agency coordination and disaster response planning.

Through its participation, Bravo Company reaffirmed its commitment to supporting local disaster preparedness initiatives, strengthening civil-military coordination, and contributing to a unified and proactive emergency response for the safety and resilience of the community.

CAMP GENERAL MACARIO SAKAY, LOS BAÑOS, LAGUNA - The 2nd Ready Reserve Field Artillery Battery (2RRFAB), under the 403rd Community Defense Center (403CDC), 4th Regional Community Defense Group (4RCDG), Reserve Command, Philippine Army, was officially activated on 28 June 2026 at Camp General Macario Sakay, marking another milestone in strengthening the reserve force's operational capabilities.

The activation ceremony was led by LTC Robby P. Taclob (CE) PA, Director of the 403rd CDC, with LTC Norrel C. Alog GSC (OS) PA serving as the keynote speaker. During his message, LTC Alog emphasized the vital role of Field Artillery units in supporting military operations and encouraged all personnel to continuously develop their skills through training and professional development.

Following the activation, CPT Jhoniel B. Custodio (ART) PA, Operations Officer of the 5th Field Artillery Battalion, conducted an orientation on the history, organization, and operational roles of the Philippine Army's Field Artillery units. The activity provided newly activated personnel with a deeper understanding of their mission and responsibilities as members of the reserve field artillery force.

The successful activation of the 2nd Ready Reserve Field Artillery Battery signifies the Philippine Army Reserve Force's continuing commitment to enhancing operational readiness, expanding specialized reserve capabilities, and strengthening national defense through a well-trained and mission-ready citizen army.

BRAVO AND SIGNAL COMPANY OF 403RRIBN SUPPORT CIAPP IN BIÑAN CITY

BIÑAN CITY - Bravo and Signal Company of the 403rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (403RRIBn), under the leadership of MAJ Rogie M. Mendoza PA (Res) and 1LT Renelio M. Miranda PA (Res), participated in the Community Information, Awareness and Approach Program (CIAPP) conducted by Task Force Ugnay, 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army, led by 1LT Noemi M. Mendez (AGS) PA, on 27 June 2026 at the Loma Covered Court, Brgy. Loma, Biñan City, Laguna.

The activity gathered residents of Barangay Loma, including youth organizations, community groups, and members of the LGBTQIA+ sector, to enhance public awareness on national security concerns. The program featured discussions on the recruitment strategies of Left-Leaning Organizations (LLOs), issues concerning the West Philippine Sea, and the importance of community participation in maintaining peace, security, and resilience.

The successful conduct of the activity strengthened the partnership among the Armed Forces of the Philippines, local government agencies, and the community in promoting national security awareness, responsible citizenship, and civil-military cooperation. The activity concluded successfully with complete personnel accountability and no untoward incidents reported.

LOS BAÑOS – The 403rd Ready Reserve Signal Company, 403rd Community Defense Center (403CDC), under the leadership of 1LT Renelio M. Miranda PA (Res), participated in the Community Information, Awareness and Approach Program (CIAPP) Summit 2026 conducted by Task Force Ugnay, 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army at Lopez Elementary School, Batong Malake, Los Baños, Laguna on June 27, 2026.

The activity featured lectures on national security awareness, the recruitment strategies of Left-Leaning Organizations (LLOs), issues concerning the West Philippine Sea, anti-illegal drug advocacy, and the Smoke and Vape-Free Los Baños campaign. The program also provided an avenue for collaboration among the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Local Government Unit of Los Baños, and other stakeholders in promoting informed, resilient, and responsible communities.

Through its participation, the 403rd Ready Reserve Signal Company reaffirmed its commitment to supporting civil-military operations, strengthening community engagement, and advancing initiatives that promote national security awareness and public service.
