TERC IS BACK 📚🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️

The Textbook Exchange and Rental Center (TERC) is a longstanding USC project that has been providing academic support to UPLB students since 1978. It lends textbooks needed in various courses to students at a very affordable price.

As we continue to transition back to face-to-face classes, TERC is reopening its services to the student body. In collaboration with the UPLB Learning Resource Center, TERC is offering FREE borrowing of textbooks within the LRC Learning Hub at the Student Union Building.

Textbooks for the following subjects are now available for borrowing:
- CHEM 18, 40, 160
- MATH 27/28
- ENSC 11, 12, 13, 21
- PHYS 51/71/72
- PI 10, Noli & Fili
- more coming soon

How to borrow TERC textbooks:
1. Find your desired book/s on the bookshelves at the back of the LRC Learning Hub.
2. Scan the QR code on the book/s to log your borrowing of book/s.
3. Surrender your ID at the LRC office as a deposit for borrowing TERC textbook/s.
4. Make use of your borrowed book/s within the premises of the LRC Learning Hub area only.
5. Once finished, return the books to the office and claim your ID.

The UPLB USC would also like to extend its gratitude to Director Jame Embate and Sir Joshua Michael Jonas of the LRC for allowing us the space for our TERC textbooks and to Engr. Jeric Rosales for his continued assistance to this initiative.

The 42nd UPLB USC is now signing off! 👋

During our term, we have been very grateful of our fellow students’ active participation to our activities and projects. We are one with our constituents as we collectively achieve small and large victories during our stay as the University Student Council.

We have created unities with students and organizations inside the University as well as the alliances outside it. Our term has also been a platform to strengthen our relations with the UPLB administration, to which we are also very thankful for. However, things need to come to an end, and this will be our parting message.

Our dedication to serve the people will now continue in our own endeavors.
