Nagsagawa ng traffic management assistance ang 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐎)-𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 (𝐒𝐎𝐆) sa Brgy. Anos, Carbern–National Highway, Los Baños, Laguna, bandang alas-6:45 ng gabi.

Naging mabagal ang daloy ng mga sasakyan dahil sa mataas na volume ng trapiko at sa kasalukuyang road construction project ng DPWH sa gilid ng kalsada. Dahil dito, isinagawa ang operasyon upang pangasiwaan at mapanatili ang maayos at tuloy-tuloy na daloy ng trapiko sa nasabing lugar.

Mula sa direktiba ng Malacañang, suspendido ang klase ng lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa buong lalawigan ng Laguna ngayong Biyernes, Agosto 14, 2026.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na manatiling ligtas, iwasan ang mga lugar na maaaring magdulot ng panganib, at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo at abiso mula sa pamahalaan para sa iba pang kaugnay na impormasyon.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 14

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 126, government offices are directed to shift to appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 14, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall likewise be implemented in these areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

As of 8:00 AM today, 14 August 2026, a Low Pressure area (LPA 08e) is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has a "MEDIUM" chance of development into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
