Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang kanyang buhay na ang tapang, paninindigan, at pagmamahal sa bayan ay may mahalagang bahagi sa paghubog ng ating kasaysayan.

“Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon”

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika, sama-sama nating ipinagdiriwang ang kagandahan, kahalagahan, at patuloy na pag-unlad ng Wikang Filipino bilang daluyan ng kaalaman at pagkakakilanlan.
Sa pag-usbong ng Artificial Intelligence (AI) at makabagong teknolohiya, nananatiling mahalaga ang ating wika sa pananaliksik, information literacy, at responsableng paggamit ng impormasyon. Sa bawat pahina, paghahanap, at pagtuklas ng bagong kaalaman, buhay ang ating wika at kultura.
Sa aklatan, ang wika ay daluyan ng kaalaman, at ang kaalaman ay susi sa patuloy na pagkatuto.

Hinihikayat ng Pampanga State University – Library Services Office ang bawat isa na gamitin, pahalagahan, at payabungin ang Wikang Filipino habang matalinong nakikibagay sa mga makabagong teknolohiya.
Sa bawat pahina, buhay ang ating wika. Sa bawat kaalaman, umuusbong ang ating pagkakakilanlan.

| As weather conditions remain unfavorable, face-to-face classes remain suspended. Please be advised that classes and academic activities across all Pampanga State University campuses will be conducted through online synchronous learning on August 19 and 20, 2026.

However, students who are unable to attend their online classes due to the prevailing weather conditions are advised to notify their respective instructors. Their absence may be excused, subject to the instructor’s appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦, 𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟭𝟴

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

| In view of the inclement weather and flooding brought about by the Southwest Monsoon affecting various areas in Pampanga, classes in all campuses will be conducted through online synchronous learning on
August 11, 2026 (Tuesday).

Students who are directly affected by the prevailing weather conditions and are unable to attend their synchronous online classes are advised to inform their respective instructors. They may be excused from class, subject to the appropriate consideration of their circumstances.

We wish everyone safety and encourage everyone to remain vigilant and take the necessary precautions.
